Thank you so much for sticking with us! Our good wishes go out to you and your families. We hope you and your families are doing well. NessaLee Baby is still without power, but we are happy that the store and warehouse did not sustain any damage. Unfortunately, all of our staff is also without power, but thankfully safe. It has been very difficult for them to answer customer service emails and completely impossible to answer phonecalls. If you need our assistance, we are so grateful for you patience. This situation has been unprecedented and we are doing the best we possibly can. This Monday our intention is to ship all our orders than can be shipped whether we have power or not (we will somehow figure out a way to). So please know that we are working our hardest and will resolve any additonal inquiries and issues the moment we re-open with electricity. Thank you again for understanding and know that our customers are our number one priority.

On a more important note. There are families with babies and toddlers around the state who were not nearly as lucky as us. Those people actually lost their homes and personal possessions. I know seeing this on the news creates somewhat of a disconnect, but it really happened and those people have lost everything and will soon need to rebuild their entire lives. As soon as we open, NessaLee Baby will be accepting new and gently used baby gear, baby items and toys. So if you have items like a stroller, high chair safe crib, toys, or anything else for babies or children in good condition that you will never use again, please consider giving it to someone who has nothing and would be so grateful. We will regularly bring the donations to the appropriate place on your behalf. Anyone who does this will be given a coupon to use in our store as a way for us to say thank you to you.
